Probably from a father to his son; expresses gratitude at receiving his letter, asks him not to be concerned about deciding whether to come back for his sake, points out that whatever he has said and written comes from his duty as a father and is only advice, that the addressee is not obliged to accept; mentions that the addressee is used to living as a bachelor, but being married brings new responsibilities; and reminds him that by staying in Paris, he is not only cutting off his one hundred tuman salary, but that his expenses are also the same approximate amount.

Letter to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1903
Includes the hardships Egyptians have been through; the death of the author's mother-in-law and the depression of the family because of this; his family's devotion to Mahd-i ‘Ulya (Umm al-Khaqan) and ‘Izzat al-Saltanah. After talking to Haji Aqa Buzurg about selling the exquisite carpets in Egypt, they agreed that the market is overwhelmed by the carpets and there is no benefit to selling their carpets there anymore. The author also mentions the devotion of his brothers, Mirza Husayn Khan and Mirza Mustafa Khan, to the addressee.

Letters and other writings of Haji Sayyid Muhammad Isfahani
Booklet consists of several letters and writings of Haji Sayyid Muhammad [of Isfahan], in Istanbul and Edirne, originally copied by Mirza Mustafa Katib [the Scribe], bearing the completion date of January 1921. The present text was copied by F. Azali and was completed on April 5, 1987, with a copy of another 1852 text, completed on April 9, 1987. Among the addressees of Haji Sayyid Muhammad's letters are: his sister (not named), Qanitah (Subh-i Azal's wife), Aqa Nur al-Nur, Aqa Sayyid Hashim. Two are addressed to "my dear friend."
